Cyclone Fani hits Odisha’s Puri: Here are 6 safety measures

As Cyclone Fani, the most severe cyclonic storm over the east coast in nearly two decades made a landfall in Odisha’s Puri around 9:05 am on Friday, NDRF and other rescuers evacuated 11 lakh people and moved them to a safe location. Winds up to 180 kmph hit Odisha that may increase to 250 kmph. Here 6 precautionary safety measures that need to be taken during the cyclone.
