Cyclone Titli: Red alert in Odisha, eight died in Andhra Pradesh as storm intensifies

Cyclone Titli makes landfall in Odisha near Gopalpur on Thursday. People in five districts in coastal area of Odisha have been shifted to safety places as severe cyclonic intensified. In Andhra Pradesh, at least eight people have killed and several others injured as the very severe cyclonic storm ‘Titli’ hit the coastal areas in the state. According to officials, the death-dealing cyclone is expected to prevail till Thursday evening and maybe for some time after night across Andhra Pradesh.
