Cyclone Vayu intensifies, likely to hit Gujarat coast

Gujarat can receive heavy rainfall and cyclone as ‘Very Severe Cyclonic Storm’ alert has been issued in the state and neighbouring Maharashtra. Monsoon has already reached Kerala with breezes blowing with a speed of 70 to 80 km per hour in the Arabian sea. The coastal areas are likely to be hit by cyclone Vayu.
