To avail the doorstep delivery of services launched by the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government, as many as 21,000 calls were attempted and around 369 appointments could be fixed due to extreme traffic at the call centres, the Delhi government said. The government on Monday said that on its debut day, the brand new scheme received “tremendous responseâ€, adding that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken the responsibility of monitoring the developments himself and will observe the data every hour.
