Delhi government accuses Haryana of not abiding by water-sharing agreement

Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi government accused Haryana government of reducing water supply to the city and thus disobeying the Supreme Court's 1996 order. The Delhi government has said that the water provided by the state was polluted. It also said that Haryana was not providing 450 cusecs of portable water to the city.
