Delhi MP Meenakshi's adopted village show any signs of development yet?

New Delhi MP Meenakshi Lekhi had in 2014 adopted Old Pilanji village in her constituency to develop it as a model village under a scheme envisaged by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
