Delhi police arrests a psychopath and serial rapist in Delhi

In a clear case of a psychopath, a man named Sunil Rastogi, who is also father of 5 children, used to allegedly rape minor girls in New Delhi. The 38-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting school girls by trapping them by saying that he has been sent by their parents for giving them some items or others in east Delhi's New Ashok Nagar area, police said on Sunday.
