Delhi: THIS gang lifted one car in 11 seconds, gang-leader arrested

In what can be called big achievement for the Delhi Police, it has successfully arrested a gang leader in South Delhi which stole at least 500 cars. At an average, the gang stole one car in every 11 seconds. The stolen cars were sold in Meerut and Aligarh, as per the police.
