Delhi's Odd-Even Scheme Day 1 Sees 233 Fines, Air Quality Improves

On Day One of the third edition of Delhi’s odd-even scheme, a total of 233 fines were by the traffic police. All fines were settled on-the-spot, except for those who did not agree to pay the fine amount. In such cases, the fine was referred to the court. On Tuesday, Delhi heaved a sigh of relief as the Air Quality Index improved from critical to severe. The AQI in Delhi was registered at 411 in morning.
