Doctors at Bihar hospital conduct treatment in torchlight

In Bihar’s Saharsa, doctors at a hospital used mobile torchlight due to power cuts at a time of emergency treatment. In some emergency cases, due to power outage, doctors were forced to perform even surgery under torchlight.
