DUSU Elections 2018: 23 candidates in fray

As many as 1.35 lakh students of Delhi University will decide the fate of 23 candidates as they vote for DU Students’ Union (DUSU) elections 2018 on Wednesday. In a three-way fight, 23 candidates from student unions of various political parties, including the Congress, the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party, are contesting the elections for several posts in the students’ body. Senior faculty members have been posted as observers at the centres and around 700 electronic voting machines (EVMs) have been installed.
