Ex-IAC activist to replace Barkha Singh

In a show of power, the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government is set to replace chief of Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) Barkha Shukla Singh with 30-year-old Swati Maliwal, who is the current advisor (grievances) to the CM.
