Farooq Abdullah says PoK belongs to Pakistan, talks are must to maintain peace in the valley

Farooq Abdullah has said that Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) belongs to Pakistan. The former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir has also said that talks are very important to maintain peace in the valley.
