Flood Situation Turns Grim In Parts Of UP, Bihar: Ground Report

Ganga and Yamuna- two main rivers in UP and Bihar have swelled following heavy rains which caused flood in the region. Normal life was badly affected in Varanasi, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Ballia and Patna. Ganga breached danger-mark in Patna. Authorities have issued an order to vacate low-lying areas in Patna. Watch a ground report.
