Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister ND Tiwari passes away

Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister N D Tiwari passed away on Thursday in a hospital in Delhi after prolonged illness. He was 93. Tiwari, who was kept in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Max Super Speciality Hospital since October 26 breath his last at 2.50 pm, the doctors said. The former chief minister of undivided Uttar Pradesh for four terms was also the first elected chief minister of Uttarakhand.
