BVR Subrahmanyam, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary said that it is a big achievement that the Friday prayers passed off peacefully in Kashmir. “There has not been loss of a single life or serious injury despite concerted efforts by Pakistan. It is a big achievement,” the Secretary said.
