Girish Chandra Murmu Appointed As J&K’s Lieutenant Governor

IAS officer Girish Chandra Murmu has been appointed as the first Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, replacing Satya Pal Malik, who has been given the charge of Goa Governor on Friday.
