GST rollout: Electronics goods to get costlier after July 1

As the government is all set to implement Goods and Services Tac (GST) from June 30 midnight, the electronic goods tend to get costlier post the launch of GST. Prices of items like LED televisions, air conditioners and washing machines have been slashed the most as they fall in the 28 per cent GST slab, a jump from the current 23 per cent tax rate.
