Gujarat Election Results: Congress vote share increases to 41.5 percent

The Congress lost the Gujarat election, but on the vote share front too, the Congress has seen a jump. It had polled 38.95 per cent of the votes in 2012 election. Now it has garnered 41.5 per cent of the votes polled, registering an increase of 2.57 per cent votes.
