Former Haryana CM BS Hooda said he (JJP’s Dushyant Chautala) went against people’s votes. “Vote kisi ko support kisi ko’ (supported those who did not get votes). I discussed a minimum programme, old-age pension. We approached JJP with an open mind. Organisational Change in Congress came late which cost us high,” he added.
