Himachal Pradesh Elections: Congress releases manifesto for the Assembly elections

Congress on Wednesday released the election manifesto for Himachal Pradesh where the Assembly Elections 2017 will be held on November 9. Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, Congress leader Sushil Shinde and Ranjita Ranjan were present at the event.
