Husband kills wife in Hyderabad

A woman was killed allegedly by her husband after an altercation over family issues at Santoshnagar in the old city early on Wednesday. The woman identified as Sania Begum (26), a native of Punjab was a singer and performed at orchestras in the city. “We think the murder took place on Tuesday night. Locals also saw Salman on Tuesday night. The woman had migrated from Punjab to Hyderabad a few years ago. We came to know about her identify from her neighbours,” Santoshnagar inspector A Bhojya said.
