Hyderabad building collapse: Toll rises, police arrest one accused

Three killed and eight feared trapped under debris as seven-storey building collapsed in Nanakramguda area of Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh on Thursday evening. Police have also arrested one accused in the case while search operations are on to nab the another accused who is absconding.
