India, Pakistan to hold first meet on Kartarpur corridor today

Amid escalating tension between India and Pakistan, officials from both countries will hold their first meeting today to finalise the modalities for setting up Gurdaspur-Kartarpur corridor. The meeting will be held on the Indian side of the Attari-Wagah border. India is likely to press for hassle-free travel of pilgrims to the Pakistani side.
