India to start ferry service between Kochi and Maldives: PM Modi

After holding a wide-range of bilateral talks with Maldives President Ibrahim Mohamed Solhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that the focus of the various projects India is undertaking in the island nation is to touch the lives of people. Addressing a joint press conference he further stated that the two countries have agreed to start a ferry service between Kochi and the Maldives.
