Indian Air Force microlight aircraft crashes near Baghpat in Uttar Pradesh

In yet another air mishap this year, a microlight aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) on Friday crashed in Ranchad village of Baghpat district in Uttar Pradesh. Authorities have rushed to the spot. Both the pilots are safe, according to reports. The crash happened at 9:45 am on Friday after the ML-130 aircraft took off from the Hindon air base, Superintendent of Police, Shailesh Kumar Pandey said. The plane apparently nose-dived, said District Magistrate R Kumar.
