Indian Union Muslim League To Challenge CAB In Supreme Court

Amit the massive protests in Northeast India, the Indian Union Muslim League on Thursday moved the Supreme Court against the Citizenship Amendment Bill, 2019. While Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind had also expressed the will to challenge the contentious draft legislation, the IUML first party to file the writ petition in the Supreme Court.
