Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, on Friday Condemned Congress president Rahul Gandhi's comments on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in light of the Supreme Court's decision on Rafale deal. Addressing a press conference shortly after Gandhi delivered a statement calling PM Modi a 'chor', Prasad said that the Gandhi scion hit a new low in the polity of the country.
