J-K’s Darbar Move offices reopens in the winter capital

After a transit period of 10 days, Jammu and Kashmir’s Darbar Move offices reopens at the Civil Secretariat in Jammu, the winter capital of the Himalayan state. Governor Satya Pal Malik inspected the ceremonial guard of honour by a contingent of Jammu and Kashmir Police. For the next six months, the Civil Secretariat and other offices will be function in Jammu before shifting to Srinagar, the summer capital of the state.
