Jharkhand Assembly Elections: 25 Per cent Voter Turnout Till 11 PM

An estimated 25 per cent votes were cast when voting ended at 11 pm on Saturday in the first of the five-phase Jharkhand assembly elections in 13 constituencies, amid sporadic incidents of violence.
