Karnataka: Bengaluru Police tightens security ahead of Tipu-Jayanti celebration

The Karnataka government will observe the birth anniversary of 18th century Mysore ruler, Tipu Sultan, on Friday amid protests by the right-wing groups which consider him as a 'religious bigot’.
