Khabar Cut2Cut: SC asks CVC to finish CBI probe in two weeks

The Supreme Court on Friday asked Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) to probe against the Central Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) director Alok Verma and wind up the inquiry in two weeks’ time. The court also ordered newly-appointed CBI interim director M Nageswara Rao to perform only routine tasks that are essential to run CBI functioning.
