Kulbhushan Jadhav Case: ICJ grants consular access to India

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) delivered its judgment in a case relating to Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav, who has been sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of spying, a claim that has been questioned by India.
