A fearful picture of rain and flooding is coming from Bihar and Assam. From humans to animals have been disturbed. The Bagmati river has wreaked havoc in Darbhanga, Bihar. Hundreds of villages and cities are submerged. Floods in Supaul, Darbhanga, Madhubani and Gopalganj have affected life. The bridge which was inaugurated a month ago in Gopalganj, Bihar, has also been washed away. #FloodInBihar #FloodInAssam
