Lieutenant Governor Vs Kejriwal: Supreme Court to settle tussle

As the tussle between Delhi Lieutenant Governor and Chief Minister is hurting the flow administrative works in the Union Territory, the Supreme Court is giving its judgement on matter. The two-judge Supreme Court bench comprising Justices AK Sikri and Ashok Bhushan gave a verdict on a batch of petitions challenging a Delhi High Court order which said that the Lt. Governor is the administrator of the national capital. AAP-led Delhi government which petitioned to the apex court challenged in its plea a number of circulars issued by the Centre empowering the Lt.
