Madhya Pradesh: Aspirants for constable job marked as SC, ST on chest; probe initiated

In yet another shameful incident of casteism, several candidates, appearing for a constable's job medical test have allegedly been marked with SC and ST on their chest. The incident took place in Madhya Pradesh’s Dhar on Saturday. The move was taken in a bid to identify the candidates as per their castes. Photographs of the entire procedure showcasing the aspirants with their caste status on the chest have gone viral on social networking sites. Dhar SP, Virendra Singh has already instructed to initiate a probe into the matter. "It should not have happened. A report will soon be filed on the same.
