Madhya Pradesh: Bridge collapses three months after construction

A newly constructed bridge on Kuno River in Pohari tehsil of Madhya Pradesh’s Shivpuri district collapsed and washed away due to flooding following heavy rainfall. The bridge was constructed at a cost of 7.78 crore. The bridge was inaugurated by Union Minister of Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Mines Narendra Singh Tomar three months back on May 29.
