Madhya Pradesh: Famous Hingot War Organised At Gautampura

The famous Hingot War was organised at Gautampura, Madhya Pradesh. The traditional Hingot War is organised a day after Diwali on Dhok Padwa. In this event, two groups - Turra of Gautampura and Kalgi of Rungi village- attacked each other with a burning hingots. Ahead of the rituals, a large number of people gather at the God Devnarayan temple grounds of Badnagar Road. Representatives of both parties throw burning hingotes at each other that create illusion that fireballs were being fired from both sides. Watch full bulletin.
