Maharashtra: Supreme Court To Rule On Floor Test Shortly

The Supreme Court will pass an order at 10.30 am on Tuesday on the issue of floor test for the Maharashtra government led by Devendra Fadnavis whose swearing-in has been challenged by Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress combine. On Monday, the NCP and the Congress put up a public show of strength to claim they have the numbers to form a new government. Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray during the event asked the BJP to “make way” for the Sena-NCP-Congress alliance to rule Maharashtra.
