Mahesh Giri's adopted village Chilla strangles with water and cleanliness problems

The PM had launched Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana on October 11, 2014, with the objective of creating model gram panchayats in different parts of the country with a special focus on enabling every poor household to come out of poverty. BJP MP Mahesh Giri had adopted the village Chilla under the scheme. However, the village still shows lack of cleanliness and water problems.
