Known for cycling to Parliament, Mansukh Mandaviya, is a BJP member of the Rajya Sabha from Gujarat and Arjun Meghwal, a BJP parliamentarian from Bikaner in Rajasthan, are likely to be inducted in Narendra Modi’s cabinet on Tuesday.
