New Farakka Express derailment: At least seven dead; CM Yogi announces ex-gratia

At least seven people were killed and 27 others sustained serious injuries after six coaches, including the engine of the New Delhi-Malda New Farakka Express, derailed in Uttar Pradesh's Rae Bareli on Wednesday morning. Of the five dead, at least two were children.
