Nirbhaya Convicts Move Court Against Tihar Jail Authorities

The advocate appearing for two of the four death row convicts in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case on Friday moved a Delhi court alleging that the Tihar jail authorities are delaying in handing over certain documents. Advocate AP Singh moved an application alleging that the jail authorities are yet to release the documents which are required to file curative petitions for Akshay Kumar Singh (31) and Pawan Singh (25).
