Nitish Kumar resigns as Bihar CM

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday tendered his resignation to Governor Keshri Nath Tripathi on Wednesday, bringing an end to the 20-month-old grand alliance in Bihar. He cited irreconcilable differences with ally RJD on the issue of corruption charges against his deputy Tejashwi Yadav.
