No concrete steps taken for farmers in Budget, says Rahul in Lok Sabha

Speaking in Lok Sabha, Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi attacked the government over Budget 2019. Rahul alleged the government of not taking any concrete step for the welfare of farmers. He added, "I would like to request the central government to ensure that the banks don't threaten the farmers with recovery notice."
