No Leniency For Rapists, Says Ghulam Nabi Azad In Rajya Sabha

Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad believes that criminals involved in heinous crimes, like gang-rape in Hyderabad, should not be offered any leniency because of religion or any other factor. Speaking in Rajya Sabha, Ghulam Nabi Azad that many legislations had been enacted in the past to deal with such heinous crimes but it was time for people from across society to rise against such acts of brutality.
