North-east Assembly Elections 2018: Amit Shah reaches BJP headquarters, party workers give warm welcome

Bhartiya Janta Party is all set to form government at Tripura after Manik Sarkar-led CPM ruled the state for the last 25 years. BJP and its ally IPFT have ended the Left Front's in Tripura with a strong showing in the Assembly polls. Party President Amit Shah reached the BJP's headquarters amid grand celebrations by the workers. The voting for the elections in Tripura were conducted on February 18 and the exit polls had predicted BJP's victory.
