OBC reservation: 'Creamy layer' ceiling raised to Rs 8 lakh

The Union Cabinet has raised 'Creamy Layer' income cap among the people of 'Other Backward Class' to Rs 8 lakh per annum from existing Rs 6 lakh for central govt jobs, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said while addressing a press conference on Wednesday.
