Odd-Even Scheme How Delhi Reacted On Anti-Pollution Drive

With an aim to control the rapid growing pollution level, the Delhi government has rolled out the much-anticipated Odd-Even scheme from today. The scheme will be applicable from 8 am to 8 pm. CM Arvind Kejriwal appealed people to use public transport and cooperate to make the drive successful. Here a special ground report.
