Pakistan quotes Rahul Gandhi's name in its letter to UN over Kashmir

Pakistan has written a letter to the United Nations over the current situation in Jammu and Kashmir. In the letter, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's name has also been mentioned. However, Rahul Gandhi said that violence in J-K is instigated and supported by Pakistan.
